Exchanges

Items that have been received can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges can only be made for another size, colour, or product of equal value (based on availability).

Refunds

If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange or remedy, a full refund will be issued back to your preferred payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

What Is Not Acceptable

Items that have been worn/used, washed, torn, mishandled or altered.
- *
Items without their original tags and packaging.
